Yes, silly, of course the cow jumped over the moon. For if he hadn't, then how on earth would it come about that the little dog would have any reason to laugh, or the dish be so led as to sweep the flustered little spoon off to magical lands unknown? You see, the whole entire basis of these childhood dreams and fantasy worlds we have been made to envision would be at dire jeopardy if you remove or doubt the existence of this one solitary jumping cow!!!! Shame on you, my DEAR sir, for even suggesting such a blasphemous idea!!!
Perhaps I do have too much time on my hands after all.
